Seek Discomfort was founded by Ammar Kandil (right) from Egypt, Thomas Brag (middle) from France, and Matt Dajer (left) from the US. They met in the summer of 2015 and bonded over the idea that life is best lived outside of your comfort zone.

So with a total of $500 to their name, they moved into their friend’s 1 bedroom apartment and started making videos attacking some of their biggest fears.

Today, the community of Seekers has grown to millions around the world and the Seek Discomfort team has grown as well.
