Shipping Policy

If your order contains are from standard inventory products, such as Seeker Essentials, Jewelry, or SPARK by Seek Discomfort, your order will begin shipping within 5-10 days after the time of purchase, arriving within 5-10 days from the order date.
If you order from one of our limited edition drops and are informed as “made to order”, your order will begin shipping within 2-3 weeks after the time of purchase. These drops are made to order as it is our commitment to focus on protecting our planet. To read more about the action step we’re taking click here.
Purchases made during weekends or holidays will be handled on the subsequent business day. The delivery time is calculated in business days, encompassing Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that during sale events and holidays, we may experience a backlog, which might cause a delay in shipping your order.
When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Arrival times will depend on the country you live in.

Please note, if you live outside of the EU, your package may get delayed in Customs. ‘Customs’ is the official department in your country that administers the goods (like your Seek Discomfort package) before it arrives to your home.

UPS and DHL deliver all Seek Discomfort packages. Through these delivery services, we are able to ship to almost every country in the world except the ones they are unable to deliver to due to the current and ongoing circumstances.

International duties and taxes

Our shipping costs don’t account for customs policies and import duties, however, if the delivery is within the EU you will not need to pay any duties and taxes.
Orders shipping outside of the EU will be accounted for by customs policies and import duties. Since both differ from country to country, these fees are paid by the recipient of the package and can be paid beforehand at checkout or at the time of arrival.
If the recipient or the order does not live in the EU, we recommend you go on our International website, seekdiscomfort.com to avoid higher duties and taxes.
